I think that the IPO is at a standstill because of SEC interest in the NUGX caper. Were I the SEC I’d want to know what the heck that is all about given that it impacts long time shareholders (like me). I don’t pretend to know anything about it. It’s just an oddity that one day...poof!!...it was there and swallowed my dividend placeholder shares that were placidly awaiting the IPO.

I’m guessing that Excellagen and the vaccine are both moving forward at a snail’s pace but are unaffected otherwise.
