Stephen is cautious not to violate SEC or jeopardize reporting rules in light of the new proxy and listing. Interesting Pasaca does appear to have separated itself from Quantum! IMO QTMM will move forward with the merger with Innova while Pasaca still owns 51%! Lets see the shareholder pr!
