Considering we are a CE stock with very restricted trading, I think if you expect nothing maybe less you will not be disappointed. Everything after that is a glass half full perspective.
If I were to be trying to connect the dots I would consider the institutional interest with the rise to 0.015 to be 'possibly' related.
The trading will get interesting should people think that there might be something interesting in a glass half full perspective.
