100,000 users x $5/mo (at the very minimum) x 12 = $6M
But VerbLive is selling at a higher price than that 'I think' but $5 is a nice number

Oh, and the 100K in Europe and Asia are just 14% of the potential users from the two deals that were announced
100K users + 600K users = 700K
700K goesintas 100K 14.2%
