Have you had a conversation with the Portnoy Law firm? I have seen there name pop up in class action suits before.
Just today I have had 4 shareholders reach out interested in joining the Friends of Generex and NuGenerex group. Way more than 5% of the 120 M shares have expressed some level of interest. Patience is rapidly eroding.
