Fwiw - it may mean absolutely nothing but figured I'd throw it out there... I'd actually take a lot of comfort if I knew for sure where all the selling is from because then you can comfortably take the other side of a known variable. Ultimately there's no way to ever know for sure as it's happening, and a few days post-trade is possible only if a filing is triggered... everything else is wild conjecture.
