Here is a thought....
If we can dig up the grant application for the $11.1 million grant from the U.S. Department of Health Resources and Services Administration to develop a community-based workforce for NMHA .
This will then reveal some keys to Doc's plan as it relates to IFAH.
Like the grant for the Illinois 3.6 million 133 pages. NMHA should have a similar pdf. grant submission with juicy details. I would assume Eagleforce should be listed in a big way.
It's public info and should be available....
