So what we've been treated to for these last few months is "muddy the waters" and drive the share price down, argue about the process and how this is not a fair forum all to get us to vote without saying we want you to vote with us, but it is illegal to say we want you to vote with us without declaring your intent to the SEC.

And every time you ask for their plan or intent, the response is making a joke or some other such deflection and the very next post they are back to how we have to be fair and look at both sides. Both sides? There is only ONE side, not because we aren't fair, because they haven't stated WHAT THE PLAN IS? So even today we see the same old BS of us not being fair, and more arguments about the process without knowing what exactly the "two sides" are since one won't say.

But I won't lie down for this. They may want to bring back the Prostrate test.
