I wasn't here before Joe and team came on board, but can someone explain how this is any different than the previous group running the show?

We were at 3.28 two years ago and now we are at .186 and continuing down. Lots of talk about things on the horizon for several years and so far nothing has developed and we have utter silence from management on what is going on and there is just a sense of just let it keep going down and down.
