I read CytoDyn's reply to the motion to expedite last night. Short, sweet, to the point and HARD HITTING. If only half of what they say is true in the brief (brief claims portion of the case 13D did not even attempt to say was moot, other part not moot either), 13D will have some problems.
Was looking forward to reading the opposition to the motion to dismiss which was to be filed today. There was a preview of the opposition within the reply, kept saying as more will be discussed in the opposition. It was like watching a trailer for an upcoming movie.
Woke up and saw the PR. Wow, just wow. Did the 13D (or whatever subgroup they are now calling themselves) realize the door they opened?
