I think you are 100% right. Just like any PR that makes a economic impacts to the company a 8K must be filed. We had a PR Monday that included such statement. I am sure we are full speed ahead with a big additional PR after current and a a massive 8K soon after that also includes the financial arrangement for the takeover of the Timer organization.
