I don't know why this is confusing.
Squires says there will be a proxy first.
Part of that might include a new share structure.
It could include the basics of the Pasaca agreement.
QMC is a private company. Stock is not quoted.
Regarding Pasaca not listing QMC as a portfolio company
on its website, well, at this time, contract is not signed
so QMC is not a portfolio company of Pasaca.
