You are right on and we have two things positive that can happen...
1. We get some great news or a huge partner that blows them away or .. .
2. They miss the boat on the vote or don't even get the chance
Other than that they want this down as far as they can get it between now and then and we are screwed if that happens
.. they will take it private a d screw us all and create value for themselves and their banker buddies

We got 2 months as I see it right now
We're DUE
