Not sure. Was there a lawsuit against CYDY for making an acquisition without adequate due diligence?
If the test was worthless, I agree, it would seem to be a basis for a lawsuit. Either for misrepresenting the test, or for paying for a test without verifying its efficacy.
This will be a small, but interesting, chapter in the book. Thanks for pointing it out.
