the last such financial filing was the 10k for period ending May 31,2020, so they have a year of 10Q's and one 10k to create.

in the meantime, since they are late in their sec filings, they are deemed an otc 'no info' stock subject to the amended 15c2-11 rule which will prohibit quotations for such stocks by broker dealers as of Sept 28 and thus become grey stocks.
As of Aug 9, TDA had a list of over 1900 such impacted stocks, including WOLV
