Just read more of Sidley’ response and I think it’s excellent ans it goes into how they state 13-D committed violations of security laws and discovery would allow the Cytodyn to see just who is really I’m the 13-D group and to see if more illegal undisclosed “shadow” solicitation as well as defendants misleading and false statements.
