Thats incorrect, I spoke to OTC, they made it clear active or inactive documents all are reviewed. Its the analysts job to decipher whats wrong or right or which documents to use.

So yes one was entered in the wrong date but the date was corrected, and they will use that one once they review them all.

I spoke to lady this week at OTC and she said they are behind on reviewing financials because so many have come in its taking full 5 days if not a day or 2 longer.
