The way I see it, the company didn’t say anything during the second quarter. The CEO has said they will put out info when they have some meaningful stuff to share, they won’t put out fluff. So the “high expectations” were conceived by message board posters who were speculating about the unknown. The company never said they were having a kick ass 2nd quarter, that came from IHub. The team at BIEL is working hard to get profitable, that’s all we can ask of them.
