Where are the Supreme Court cases that show precedence for 1st Amendment and human rights to own their own body as their own property and not allow an overreaching government inact tyrannical measures in the name of our safety via mask and vaccine mandates?
We all know private entities can use the legal arguement for justification for mandates via their own corporate governance but it cant supercede Constitutional rights!
