Yep, I spoke with the OTC-Compliance Department yesterday after market close. They said they are definitely seeing many of their analysts needing the full 5 days, or "even a day or two more". But, they are reviewing a lot of financials and work until 6:00 PM Eastern. It should still be this week, IMO.
