There are probably at least 5000 penny stocks that have been shut off from buying. It takes time to review all those who have filed. The co said they would file so I wouldn't get overly depressed at this time. There are a limited number able to buy but that list is getting smaller and smaller, (exceptions). If the co filing passes mustard we may see a bump initally but that won't last unless its followed up with news. If they have something you would expect someone would want to get in on it and perhaps they do but the co wants to much or would have to give up control. imo
