I really doubt a pharma with any money would submit an offer to anybody in 13D's situation.
I agree with the general sentiment that 13D has stepped all over their appendages by not laying out a detailed plan from the beginning. I wouldn't expect them to have licensees lined up or to even to name a CEO candidate if that person is still employed elsewhere, but their stance so far as merely the anti-Nader is a joke.
I'm as frustrated by Nader as CEO as anyone and have long been ready for a change at the top but, while I think Yeager and Patterson (yes, I know how much many have soured on him) are interesting candidates for the Board (not CEO) given their expertise, 13D as a whole has shown an appalling lack of attention to detail and no inclination of leading with a compelling vision, the two things that would actually distinguish themselves from current brass.
