This would seem to sum up 13D's position:
"We're way better than CYDY management, they have not done anything except get a whole bunch of clinical trials going for lots of applications. And after all, one of OUR candidates was able to prevent a trial from going forward for MONTHS ! And besides, that guy was able to get paid anyway after getting fired, so see, we're swell. And we PROMISE that we're not going to make a deal with the company that 2 of us are involved with, even though we wanted to do that before and didn't disclose it. Vote for us, we are good, trust us."
