Mid March - for those that haven't put a little skin in the game, it's quite possible you only have 3 weeks to make your financial decisions.  Who knows what events on the hill will do to the major indices and the defense contractor corporations within them, but it sure won't have an effect on the soon to begin p21 biomarker testing.
