If I, a relative newcomer to this stock, am aware of some things that 13D seems to have omitted in their purported new disclosures, do you think that CYDY management and their attorneys don't know about those things?

I find it doubtful that any judge is going to be fooled by the claim that it was not Patterson who filed the patent application, it was just the company that Patterson controlled.
