Thanks, I assume these are the shares to Aspire and so that in the future any further shares sold to them will not  have to go thru this every time?

If so, I don't really understand the need for the quiet period (except it is the law and has to be done) since everyone knew of the deal but glad it is over.

You would think a company could post on their website in the investors area that they are in a quiet period and the date that the quiet period will expire .

The above babbling shows probably how little I do know about these things.  Will just accept it is good news and be thankful everything is going so well for CTIX.
