I believe the revenue/donations come into play as a whole.
With Univec being the parent company they can own non-profits.
I've also seen conflicting descriptions of Time Organization as a for-profit and non-profit. I'll dig thru the stuff I found when I was trying to find the Georgia relationship from the attorney letter. Time organization is also registered there with Lamont Ellis as CEO.
