What is interesting about this fund raising is that it shows who we are dealing with. They are not flush with funds to put up the legal battle, they do not have some hidden fund source that is footing the bill and they are not good a fund raising. This group needs to show they can fund a trial and they can't fund a legal battle? One worry was that this group was doing the dirty work for some larger entity that wants to take cytodyn private or to end its chances of success, that does not seem to be probable. How do they think they can raise the funds to buy Incell DX once in power if they can't get the funds to get on the election ballot?
