vrsi: so many questions about that episode that remain unexplained:

Who was behind it?
What is their motive?
How does it affect NCIO IPO?
Did they have to pledge or hold a volume of stock holdings to initiate placement?
Is this a liquid resource or just a price-setting mechanism more like a warrant?
Why does Joe not want to investigate/explain this?
Why have the sponsors remained essentially anonymous?
Etc. etc.
