Micro, Wouldn't it be less expensive and less work for Nanologix to be delisted, not need to concern themselves with the SEC hoop jumping and just focus on developing a marketable product?
Also, one could assume Nanologix does not have the financial means to pay the SEC fees if Nanologix does not conform.....

All of which leads to the assumption that Nanologix is not as close as we'd like with a marketable product and a partner to market same......
