I agree concerning BARDA. I think we missed BARDA now. But, based on the deals made, if they get IND approval, their trials are funded by the Malaysia deal from my understanding, unless I am wrong here.

Then they also have the China deal and with the IND approval from the FDA, I would think the China deal moves forward fast on their end.

So, the IND is extremely crucial and putting out info on it should excite everyone including new investors that would come in based on the news.
