No we don't, and no it isn't. We need discussions that are based in reality. That encapsulates both "negatives" and "positives." Some people have an extremely myopic and narrow view that them becoming a millionaire is a positive and anything that prevents that from happening tomorrow is a negative. Others hold the view that the positives are a molecule with the power to transform medicine in the 21st century has been identified, and the negatives are delays in rolling that out and those fighting and constantly lying and misleading to prevent its success. And those assisting them.
