I certainly expect that any accomplished physician would have a better time communicating with the FDA than any of use who are not researchers or physicians. I imagine that engineers communicate more effectively and respect engineers more than they might experts from other professions.

I thoroughly believe that Dr. P is highly capable, his insights stem from a wealth of experience and knowledge, but he is one of many with similar attributes.

Any one else's job appears easy until you are asked to perform it yourself.

I'm not willing to role the dice on his belief that the ocean will part before him should he be in charge.
