It's not a bad Q2, but this paragraph has me confused a bit below:
" Hannover House has an option to purchase MyFlix subject to the achievement of obtainable corporate benchmarks which include the filing of the Form 10 Registration and the resolution or dismissal of four foreign judgments for which the Company has meritorious defenses and legal strategies to oppose. "
So basically, MyFlix won't occur now prior to all of these judgements going away?! Or what is he trying to say here exactly about "owning" MyFlix? HH should already own it.
