If I understand you correctly, you seem to think that the judge will make a ruling based on life experiences and values. I believe this to be incorrect. This is a lawsuit based upon many FACTS and life experience and values do NOT alter facts.

Again as I stated here before, for example, specific people named either WERE or WERE NOT shareholders at a date certain. FACT - not open to interpretation. The paperwork either WAS or WAS NOT filed in accordance with the bylaws of CYDY. FACT - not open to interpretation.

Granted, these are just two of a myriad of points of contention, but I think you get my point.
