Notably left out is any discussion prior to that phone call. Does anyone think Nader out of the blue told Patterson to get Beatty and IncellDX counsel together and he'd explain what it was all about on the phone call. Knowing that IncellDX has been for sale since at least 2018 I think there narrative is a lie by omission.
