I actually removed the FO myself because you're right, but don't be fooled by RTB. And I still think he should take his money elsewhere. If he doesn't believe mgmt, he should invest somewhere with mgmt he does trust. But it's a false equivalence comparing himself to me, because Rosenbaum and his posse (whom RTB claims he does trust) don't control Cytodyn.

I'll give you egregious self-enrichment, but it pales in comparison to what the 13D have planned. As for other costly blunders -- if you're referring to CD12 -- I don't blame mgmt for that. I also don't blame them for UK, Philippines etc. The FDA screwed us -- willfully or inadvertently -- every step of the way.
