So they deny it's their plan but they don't deny Rosenbaum stated on a conference call that his plan was to merge IncellDX with CytoDyn (multiple people heard him say it). It sounds to me like their "plan" has changed even though they still haven't shared their "plan" with anyone in the public. Also, plans change all of the time, and there's nothing stopping them from changing their plan back to the original one after the proxy vote (that they won't be on). In public, they deny it. In private, they tout it.
