Re: mountaineer #53629
Waited for the market close to address some of your concerns mountaineer... and btw nice close!
I called OTCM and was told once 'disclosures' are submitted to them, it is a three to five day timeline for the security/company to go current (unless OTCM asks for something else or correction or change of any kind... and we saw that with UNVC's filings by Attorney Keer - btw, he is not the attorney who worked on the filings; that was Attorney Patrick Ryan Morris and the accountant was Richard Blickstein of R.B. Hill Ltd.). Sidebar; interesting to have another Patrick Morris involved... some of you may recall the name before associated with EuroMed).
Anyway, the woman I spoke with at OTCM also said not covid, not the upcoming SEC regulation or anything else has stopped OTCM from getting this process done regarding DISCLOSURES within their timeline (3-5 business days). They have been backed up with the application process but not disclosure and its timing. Of course with UNVC, we are beyond application process.
With the above in mind, we might see current this afternoon, Monday morning or as late as Wed. AH (remember, premarket/postmarket) ... all current only happens on business days, no weekends.
Dr. Dalton has indicated to Chiro and possibly others he will not put out a PR until 'current' ... my understanding is any CEO can post a PR on OTCM even during the weekend as it's an 'automated' process, and I've seen PRs posted on weekends albeit few... of course, cannot expect this weekend for UNVC unless it should go current this afternoon. The OTCM lady said they do not require, request or have any say as to when an OTC company/CEO puts out a PR on anything.
On another note, I also called TD Ameritrade yesterday to complain about their push back of the date whereby they said cannot buy after 8/13... which is now late Aug./early Sept. Spoke with a regular representative who could't address the matter well so I asked for compliance or management and that guy blamed it on Schwab which acquired TD Ameritrade last year I think.
In speaking with the woman at OTCM after that TDA call, she told me that notice by TDA and others created pressure on them, so they were frustrated with it as well. She also said anyone and everyone, company CEO or investor/shareholder SHOULD by now be aware of the upcoming SEC regulation... which she believes will indeed kick in on time... but she added she still expects a few companies to be in disbelief when they are kicked off of OTCM, wow
Been ultra busy but enjoying every moment of life... no matter what... and feeling very blessed to be in our UNVC GEM... enjoy your weekend!
Now I have to head out but please keep your eyes on OTCM... just never know... nice, informative lady on the other end of my call said THREE to five days... today may count as three....
