The exact time that Q2 fins are approved is not in Doc's hands. He personally told me that if it were up to him that we would already be rolling. However we do know that the Q2 fins for the shell are error free and that OTC takes 3-5 days to process. As I stated earlier, they are backed up as this is the Q2 filings season.
