It may not. That being said, I don't want to unfairly malign someone by ascribing to him statements that he may not have made.
It appears he is part of the 13D group and his public statements may or may not have contributed to their efforts.
At this point it appears the vast majority of this will be solved through the courts, such that we may not even have to choose a side in October.
