I didn’t say they had positive news today. Which is not the same as ‘making progress toward a goal’. My point is that they don’t want to send out a PR saying ‘we’re making solid progress’. That wouldn’t satisfy investors who want to hear that they have achieved one or more goals. My point is ‘why say anything until such time as a goal has been achieved? So they work toward their multiple goals and stay silent.
