Well, I guess we would pay for this folly without so much as having a chance to vote it down.
The entire expense of soliciting proxies is being borne by CCTV. Costs of this solicitation of proxies are currently estimated to be approximately $3 million. CCTV estimates that through the date hereof its expenses in furtherance of, or in connection with, the solicitation are approximately $1.0 million. The actual amount could be higher or lower depending on the facts and circumstances arising in connection with any solicitation. CCTV may seek reimbursement from the Company of all expenses it incurs in connection with this solicitation but does not intend to submit the question of such reimbursement to a vote of security holders of the Company.
