Processing Times
Disclosure Documents and Attorney Letter Reviews
• Disclosure documents are generally reviewed within three to five business days of being posted
to www.otcmarkets.com. However, these time frames are subject to change during busy filing
periods
• Once the report has been filed through OTCIQ, the Compliance Department will receive a
notification and will reach out with any outstanding comment
