Yeah as far as my research shows, TD Ameritrade sent out the notice well over a month ago they would be the first broker to limit Non Registrant pink sheet non current OTC stocks to sell only on 8/13 going forward. Several sources have confirmed that the fictitious date has now been changed to TBD.

I think it is updated often as the tiers change on OTC Markets.
Such a stupid thing they are now doing. Telling us what stocks we can and cannot buy? Let us do our own DD and decide for ourselves......
