With a lot of brokerage firms not allowing purchasing of Nanologix shares after 8/13 my family and I liquidated our shares to insure we would be able to use the losses to offset capital gains.

I did get stuck with one pipe certificate that brokerages wouldn't take but all is good.

We also feel we are in good standing even if Nanologix finally gains acceptance due to their failure of sending timely and clear communication to us in regards to filing the correct paperwork with the SEC.
