Note that the letter issued by Baker Botts is not the formal lawsuit response. That is due tomorrow per the judge's 8/5 order:
"Within five (5) business days of service, Defendants shall file a response to the motion to expedite or shall provide responses to the discovery requests, produce the requested documents, and provide proposed dates for the requested depositions. ORDERED by Judge Maryellen Noreika on 8/5/2021."
Cytodyn served the defendants on 8/6, and 5 business days puts the defendants' response deadline at tomorrow, 8/13.
