True. I could rent one of my homes for $2500+ month but choose not to. I would rather not worry about having to repair anything the tenants break. Only exception if you know the people your renting to as I rented to a traveling nurse friend of a friend and she left the house vacuumed cleaned not a piece of furniture trash anything very respectful. Especially now with the eviction forgiveness that’s been going on.
