I think it was on the third revision of the patent application that Patterson finally listed himself as one of the inventors. So either they were remedying the earlier patent filings or they are falsely claiming Patterson as an inventor on the last revision. If it is the former rather than the latter then Patterson and every other inventor listed is falsely claiming title to the invention by assigning it to IncellDX. If is the latter rather than the former then Patterson is in violation of Federal law.
