I just realized that I can see Level II using the TD app on my phone. In case others use TD, Just click detailed quote then the Level II tab.
Are we just seeing MMs trying to make money flipping? For example I see.
CSTI 193,434 shares bid at 0.0975 and they also have 340,148 shares ask at 0.103
GTSM 138,219 shares bid at 0.09 and they also have 10,000 shares ask at 0.0989
And so forth - Maybe I should know more about this than I do...
